I've obtained a copy of the Mariners Village Approved Affordable Housing Program from the Director of Beaches and Harbors. It was approved in 2020 but drafted in 2018 or earlier.

It includes information about the affordable housing program and how current tenants as well as others will be able to apply as well as how it impacts current tenants during the renovation process. To make it easy for you, I separated the full document into the two sections below: Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Affordable Housing.

The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions section (15 pages) discusses how current tenants will be impacted and handled during the estimated 6 years of renovation including rent increases and tenant displacement (see starting page 7 of the PDF document)

The List of Renovations PDF (3 pages) shows what renovations will be done to the property.
